Simple natural system: Strong 2 clubs; 5 cards majors; Weak 2.
Score: declarers score.
IMPs: declarers score convert to IMPs.
Points: declarers top card points.
NS-IMPs: total IMPs of north and south.
EW-IMPs: total IMPs of east and west.

Declarer: North

Result: MK
North and South Top Card Points: 25

Score = 400
IMPs = 9
Points = 25
NS-IMPs = 9 - (25 - 20) = 4

for example 2:
Declarer: North
Vul: none
Contract: 5C
Result: -1
North and South Top Card Points: 17
Score = -50
IMPs = 2
Points = 17
EW-IMPs = 2 - (23 - 20) = -1 ( NS-IMPs = 1 )
